COVID-19 Safety Plan

As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we continue to adapt and consider what is best for the health and safety of all our customers and employees. We have already taken the steps to lessen the risk of spreading COVID-19 and we’re taking further precautions to help address this unique, ever-evolving situation.

We are ready to serve you.

We understand your concerns during this time, so we’re taking additional steps to keep our spaces safe for you and our employees. We are encouraging social distancing policies to limit our employees’ exposure while still being able to meet your critical communications, service, and technology needs. In addition, we are making our rental radios available based on the need to assist organizations in critical communications during this time.

We are taking important steps to help you stay protected.

We continue to monitor the situation closely and are following the latest guidance from local, provincial and federal health authorities, including the Public Health Agency of Canada, to ensure that our practices are aligned with the latest recommendations.

Updated Field Services protocol.

Our field services team remains available to continue to meet your critical communications needs but we have put in place additional protocols to ensure everyone’s safety.  Our technicians will now call the site prime before a field/facility visit and confirm that there have been no known or suspected cases by staff or individuals attending the site/facility and that adequate social distancing space is available to do the work. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone a site visit where there have been known or suspected cases of a COVID-19 infection.

Additional hygiene protocols.

We continue to take additional measures formed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC) to make our hygiene protocols even more rigorous for our radio rentals and purchases:

 

Office walk-ins and pick-ups by appointment only.

In response to the COVID-19 situation, our Dartmouth location is open for walk-ins while all other locations will be open by appointment only. We request that you CALL each location in advance to schedule an appointment to pick up or drop off any gear.  A list of our locations can be found here.
